Integrated Fabrication Package Components

• Individual Fabrication Drawing: A detailed shop drawing for the structural plate including precise dimensions, material grades, bill of materials, and surface finish specifications.
• Erection Drawings: High-level layout and assembly drawings showing the final position, orientation, and connection details of the plate within the broader structural framework.
• CNC Production Files (NC1 & DXF): Manufacturing-ready files, featuring a DSTV (NC1) file for automated drilling lines and a 2D CAD (DXF) vector profile for nesting and thermal cutting.
• Structural BIM Model: An industry-standard 3D data file (.ifc) containing explicit geometry and metadata to seamlessly integrate the plate into master models like Tekla.
